Safe Streets for All
The Safe Streets for All project makes our community’s transportation networks safer for everyone. It identifies safety improvements to reduce fatalities and serious injuries on the valley’s highways, streets, and pathways.
Teton County Justice Center
Teton County’s courthouse, originally built in 1968, no longer meets modern safety or space needs. The County is developing plans for a new Justice Center to replace the aging courthouse and better serve residents.

Teton Mobility Corridor Improvements BUILD Grant Project
This project will deliver a series of transportation upgrades to improve safety, expand travel choices, and connect neighborhoods. Planned improvements include enhanced pathways, transit options, and safer roads for all travelers.

Safe Wildlife crossings
In 2022, voters approved SPET funding for wildlife crossings in three priority areas. The project aims to reduce vehicle-wildlife collisions and improve habitat connectivity.

Bear-Resistant Trash Regulations
Updated in 2022, Teton County’s Land Development Regulations now require all trash containers to be bear-resistant. This protects both people and wildlife while maintaining a cleaner community.

Water Quality Management Plan
Teton County is committed to protecting clean water and natural resources. The Water Quality Management Plan supports monitoring, education, and best practices to preserve local waterways.
