Funding

  • Teton County reserved $30,000,000 in General Funds for the Justice Center project
  • In 2024, Teton County voters approved an $88,000,000 Specific Purpose Excise Tax
  • SPET collections began in April 2025
  • Approximately $21-$22 million is raised each year through SPET
  • If tax revenue collection rates remain constant, it will take approximately
    4 to 4.5 years to acquire $88,000,000 (2029)
