Courthouse Construction Project is currently 5% under budget after Phase 1 completion

Funding

  • Teton County reserved $30,000,000 in General Funds for the Justice Center project
  • In 2024, Teton County voters approved an $88,000,000 Specific Purpose Excise Tax
  • SPET collections began in April 2025
  • If tax revenue collection rates remain consistent, it will take approximately 3.5 years to acquire $88,000,000 (Winter 2028)
